Don is very important to the safety of peppertree. His knowledge of the property and the residence is what makes him worth whatever money would be saved by taking on new security. I bought my unit 115 over 3 years ago now and one of the reasons I decided to buy here was Don. When I came to the open house he showed me around gave me some things to expect in different areas around the property. I understand we are trying to save some money but It would be foolish at the very real possibility of a rise in crime at peppertree. Please reconsider

I have owned a unit for over 20 years and have seen several security companies come through Peppertree, but nothing compares to the quality Don provides. I will seriously consider leaving this community if the HOA does not allow Don to continue to improve this area and keep my tenants safe and happy.

Big mistake if you guys get rid of Don,in the past we had the other security company’s who only drive around pepertree a few times and that’s why you guys got rid of them in the past,I’m sure thief’s know we have a security driving around and think twice before coming here and do something. Please keep Don he es very kind and helps a lot.

It would be ridiculous to get rid of Don. He's the only one that responds when there's an issue - its hard to get a hold of anyone in the office and the police don't even respond when you call the.

Don is the only good thing at pepper tree.money is no problem for HOA they Hundred of Thousands of Dollars in the Bank get rid of him and the crime will wrise here all over again....your maintenance grew is a joke not Don.

I was living at Peppertree for 1 month and I was ready to move out after a month the place was horrible, people were smoking meth in the laundry rooms, dealing meth out of garages, and the laundry room, having sex in the pool late at nite, breaking into the garages!!! IT WAS TERRIBLE, till Don came!!!! Bringing Don in was the best thing Peppertree could have done!!! I felt safe knowing he was around!!

We moved here specifically because there was actual security on site. I doubt we will stay if he doesn't this neighborhood is far better off with him here. Not just for big issues but noise disturbances and parking issues. He is a force of good in this community and honestly to not have him would be like handing the keys to the asylum to the inmates. A drive through security service will come by 2ce a night at the same times and our safety is going to be the real cost.
