I made forever friends and lifetime memories. It was worth every minute!

Great program for my daughter don't shut it down. Best experience out there for young teens to experience. Don't cut good opportunities for young teens, because of cuts like these make more and more teens go into bad directions and start going into drugs and choosing the wrong path. Keep this open and help them stay on the right track!

Our oldest went on the Traditions of Europe trip during the summer of 2012 and we were wanting our youngest to go during the summer of 2016. This way they would both travel during the summer before their senior year of high school. People to People student ambassador programs are second to none. Please allow one last opportunity.

My daughter traveled to Australia with people to people and loved it. It was a once in a lifetime opportunity for her.

This is an amazing program unparalleled to any other travel experience available to students this age. Please keep it.

This program has meant so much to me. As a person, I was able to grow further than if I was by myself all summer. I learned important skills that are needed for the real world and made lifelong connections to both the people who I befriended on the trip, and those who live in those countries. If I had to recommend this program, I'd wholeheartedly say yes with no hesitation. Please don't shut down after 50 long years for only this reason.

We had been looking forward to at least one more, if not two more trips during our daughter's high school years. The experiences she had on the Celtic tour are unmatched in terms of expanding world view and personal growth. So very disappointed that this quality, meaningful program is closing. Isn't there some way for P2P to continue?

This program enhanced my life in more ways than one.

My son went to Australia last year and it has changed his life. I would love for my other son and other kids to be able to have this experience as well. No one comes back the same person, and we all need that chance. Please find a way to keep this incredible program going!

This is the best program I have ever experienced and made me realize what path I would like to go in life. It has made me make so many friends and memories that I will never forget. I don't think taking this program away is beneficial, if anything it benefits teens and young adults and help them prepare and learn responsibility when they leave home with any parents. It teaches you to go outside your zone, make friends, learn to manage money, and go beyond your comfort zone. I love this program, and it would be a tragedy to take it away!

This was such a great opportunities for my son. He made new friends, learned new cultures, and grew as a person.

This is an amazing program. Please keep it open for future travelers so students like me can learn and travel the world.

My daughter has taken 2 trips with Ptp she will be a senior this school year. This was not only an amazing experience for my daughter but the people she took the trips with the leaders were extremely knowledgable but made the trip fun for them . This is a horrible thing to cut it seems all we do in school system and other programs is cut and take away. For what so some big hotshot in a fancy office doesn't have to take a pay cut and who suffers OUR YOUTH!!!
