I love this program, it completely changed my view on life. It has helped me accomplish goals and figure out my true personality. People to People had made a huge impact on my life!

It really saddens me to see the government take this wonderful opportunity away from young children. I have two boys that went on a combined 5 trips with people to people and they grew leap and bounds in maturity and in the knowledge about the world. They learned about the history, cultures, food, etc in each country. The knowledge they had about the countries they visited and the experiences were AMAZING! My twin girls were next in line to take these trips in the next year and it breaks my heart that I will have to sadden them with this news. I feel there are many other things that can be taken out of the budget that is useless than to take this wonderful program away from the children.

My son is currently on his trip and I know only by the pictures, has this trip completely transformed my son. He has come out of his shell and has done so many amazing and fun things with so many amazing and fun teens his own age. He has created bonds that he will take with him for the rest of his life :) making good memories, sharing cultures, connecting people, don't stop making good things happen, sign the petition. Please :)

I went in two trips with people to people and it changed my entire life. I went from being the shy outcast before the trips and after the trips I am an out going woman. Others should have this chance too. Please keep it going!

People 2 People has provided my granddaughter an amazing opportunity to visit Australia. It's a once in a lifetime experience. I will volunteer my time to support the program if it would help keep it open.

My oldest son just came back from his first P2P trip two days ago and was talking about his next one on the ride home from the airport. My 10 year old was crushed to hear that he wouldn't have the opportunity to go on his own trip. The program definitely needs to continue.
