Keep in mind, not every LMT has access to online resources

Please take this seriously. It will take awhile to recover from this in many ways and people are starting to panic

It's EXTREMELY invaluable for me to have Hands-On experience in order to learn a new massage technique correctly. On-line training makes it much harder for me to replicate techniques easily. LMTs learn much more with Hands-On training!! It's what we do - use our hands to heal!

I’m the type of person that learns bettter through hands on. Rather then on line. I would really appreciate it if you would extend the hands on continued education classes for us massage therapist.... thank you

Please consider this. Lots of therapist, including myself, had to shut down their businesses or were laid off so there’s no income. Please give us more time and extend our renewal date. Thank you.

Due to you foreclosure of our work and our right to attend the required continuing education requirements of 24 CEU's that we need to renew our license . This has impacted our right to earn an income or attend classes.

Please extend the renewal date! Without the extra time, there are so many potential problems that could arise for LMTs. Newly licensed therapists may already be on a shorter time frame, the “stay at home” order could be extended longer than indicated right now. Also, many massage therapists will not have funds to pay for CEUs as we are not working for at least four to six weeks.

This would definitely be helpful from both a hands on learning experience along with an opportunity to regroup financially after loss of income due to mandatory business closures.

This is a hands on profession and only through hands on training can one really understand and acquire the knowledge needed. Being in a room to heat and see as well as have actual contact with the muscles in the body will a therapist become knowledgeable. Don’t take away our skills by giving us the simple and easy option to continue on line. It will produce technically unskilled therapist. Instead please extend the renewal date. Thank you

In-person, live training with actual TOUCH while learning massage techniques is important for the massage industry. Please keep "in person" training required for massage technique classes, while non-touch focused business, marketing, ethics, pathology, anatomy and theory courses could all be online options.

Please extend our renewal period. Online education is fine for “book knowledge” but not good for hands on modalities. Seems unfair to make us spend over a $1,000. Just for renewal when we are not actually gaining more skills expertise to help us in our profession. Thank you.
