Please re-consider and permit a 6 month extension for the renewal of our licensure. Massage Therapy is a hands on profession which most topics cannot be learned via an online avenue. Some, like Ethics can certainly be done online and is many times the case with many of us, however it is imperative to have hands on learning in a hands on profession. Please grant this extension as you have with other professions. Thank you Governor Wolf.

We are a Hands-On profession. Literally. Learning new techniques properly has to be done in person. Applying a technique wrong or with too much pressure can hurt clients. These guidelines were put into place to make us all better therapist. Not extending the time for continuing education hours would be a huge setback for the profession

For all of us that were planning to take classes this fall/early summer that gave been canceled.. Please give us an extension so we can take the classes that interest us and not just throw our hard earned money on any old classes to get CEUs. Thank you

Pls consider changing the rule as many learn nothing from online classes, including myself. They’re boring and you’re not expected to be in the present.
