I agree that Parker has saturated our town with apartment complexes in the last, couple of years. Too much traffic, not enough parking and a drain on our resources. We need responsible growth in this area.

Parker, among other communities has experienced explosive growth in more recent years in apartments and storage facilities. This prolific growth of high density housing needs to be curtailed and evaluated more critically. One has to question the infrastructures ability to withstand this volume. The proposed apartments will add approximately 500 more cars to an already congested Parker Road. We need to have improved infrastructure and Parker needs businesses, not more burden on the environment and the communities within the town boundaries and those surrounding communities that commute into and through Parker. Parker officials, look for other ways to develop the community.

Parker is losing its family oriented home environment and heading toward a big city apartment metropolis.

I understand we need more housing but I don't agree with adding more apartment complexes. Parker is congested enough as it is.

Our "small town" has been destroyed by all the apartment complexes. I used to love living here, now I count the days until my kid graduates H.S. and I can get out of this exploding metropolis.

I moved to Parker to get away from the big city and overcrowding. With all the people and building that is going on in Parker it is ruining the small town atmosphere. Now the big city is coming to me!!

Over crowded and the minimum for a two bedroom is ridiculous

Enough is enough. Just vote NO! Parker is losing its charm and looking overwhelming. I moved here for the small town atmosphere and now it's starting to feel like an undesirable place to live.

It is truly sad that Parker is losing its identity and becoming just like any other town. If I wanted to live in a big metropolitan city where a community identity doesn't matter I would have moved to Aurora. Enough is enough with these new apartments!! Just vote NO and stop this madness!

Parker is becoming overwhelmed with apartments without infrastructure (roads, public safety personnel, etc.) to support it. The small town feel that makes Parker unique and attractive is dying a slow, painful death. Please stop the mindless overdevelopment and focus on improving what is already here!!

Parker no longer has small town atmosphere. Should be advertised as over developed ugly gridlocked mess. New identity is high density ugly apartmen's. Stop no more
