Please, No More Apartments. The town of Parker advertises the beauty of the town to invite people to come live here. They show pictures of beautiful scenery, wildlife, the gazebo under the moon light, etc. If these apartments are so important, why do you chose not to post pictures of the many, many apartment complexes destroying all the beauty you push to make our city sound wonderful. Parker, Colorado is quickly losing all its charm. Please vote NO to more apartment complexes.

Responsible building and planning is needed with real traffic impact studies. Affordable single family houses are needed, not lousy apartments.

Let's remember why we all moved to Parker. The small town feel. The open spaces.
No more apartment complexes! Growth for the sake of growth is not profitable, it causes a need for more services. This is not what Parker needs.

Enough apartments.. Huge complex just went up on Main street and 20 mile. Another complex being built over by Costco and one in the works on Hilltop..

I 100% oppose additional apartments being built in Parker at this time. I request further research be done prior to approving the construction of more apartment homes .

The influx of high density housing in Parker is ridiculous. This apartment complex isn't grouped next to other apartments, it's backed next to single family houses, which will reduce their property value. Enough is enough.
