Having lived here 25 years and seen it go from lovely to horrific, traffic, congestion, ugliness. The abomination north of Insoiration is bad enough for what it's done to traffic flow on Pine you can't even get out if the neighborhood any more.
We don't need more high density housing, traffic. Vote out the Parker City Council and Douglas County Commissioners.

High density housing only serves to overpopulate what used to be a wonderful town, and makes the traffic situation unbearable. I've lived here for my entire life and am disgusted to see all of the beautiful land developed for the purpose of cramming in more people by the hundreds. Instead of selling out for profit and personal gain, why not preserve the quality of life that made this area so desirable in the first place? Keep up the development and Parker will be a generic suburb that's lost its way.

Our neighborhood can not absorb the increased traffic that these apartments will create; not to mention how many new apartments are already being built. No more!

Apartments are going up everywhere do we need more here in Parker? If I wanted to live in an "Aurora" environment I would have chosen to be much closer to my job in north Denver. When do we say enough is enough? KEEP PARKER like PARKER

Please stop building apartments in Parker. There are too many already. Increased traffic and petty crimes are continually increasing. This was once a wonderful place to live, but is in rapid decline.

Stop building! In seven years from now multi-family units will drop in value immensely, bringing down the quality of life and home values in Parker.

Until Parker lawmakers have a solid plan to increase the town's infrastructure, additional housing should not be built. We're putting the cart before the horse.
