No more!! The roads and infrastructure are obsolete the day they become usable. And wait 'til you see what's happening south of Hess--
Hence Jordan becoming 4 lanes soon. All that black plastic isn't to keep animals confined.

My primary concerns are with the density of this project & if we really need more apartments in Parker? As a homeowner for 10+ years, I would like to see more retail/restaurants that will serve the existing residents..

No More!!! Voting citizens, not deep pocket developers and questionable back room agreements, should be deciding the landscape and growth of every community!!

Parker is quickly becoming Highlands Ranch East! The existing infrastructure is pushed to its limits and adding more high density housing is going to result in an increased burden on Parker's streets and schools. High density housing in Parker needs to be tapered until the infrastructure can adequately support population.

PLEASE enough is enough. Leave our single family owner neighborhoods. It's Chaotic destroying the infrastructure, traffic, schools, etc.
it's ruining our peaceful town of Parker.

Enough apartments in Parker. It does not lend itself to helping strengthen our community.

I live in Stroh Ranch and am very concerned about the affordable apartment housing being proposed in my neighborhood. Please say "NO" to more apartments in Parker.

No more apartments or homes to be honest. As a native to Colorado, I have lived all over. We decided to buy in Parker over 16 years because of the somewhat smaller and quaintness it offered. I especially loved that I could see livestock daily, no matter what direction I drove. Cows, horses, buffaloes and more! Now to talk about schools. They have to get more middle schools as well as High schools. All the new builds off of Lincoln feeds to Chaparral! My daughter is in 6th grade and there are 36 kids in her class. It's crazy! Parker has tripled in population over the last decade and its time to say enough. Let's keep some open space. That is what is/was so appealing about Parker.
Enough is enough!
