Build some appropriate infrastructure, her more public transportation, improve the size of schools and then MAYBE more apartments might make sense. It doesn't now!

The strategic safety and visions goals, mission, and vision statements for parker all indicate on the town website that growth is desired but not at tge expense of "an authentic hometown feel". We need growth in our community but it should be strategic and done with safety and comfort to the community.

A lot of growth has happened in Parker in the 12 years that we've lived here, but the recent explosion of new apartments has been the most notable. Before approving any more apartment complexes, including the proposed new complex near the already busy intersection of Parker & Hilltop, I hope the town council stops to consider the impact this increased population density will make to this small area in relation to traffic safety. While growth is understandable, this current proposed location is not the right fit.

I am a Colorado native and it is so hard to watch Colorado grow!! But especially the small quaint twins like Parker!!! I have always lives in the south part of town little highlands ranch and now Parker!! I picked Parker as I could afford it accordingly!! Please stop the apartment growth!!!

No more. You keep building and don't include appropriate parking for the projects. Next thing we know we will be blocked in unable to get anywhere.

I like Parker how it is.... Not how it will be if they keep building out of control. I'd be okay with a new neighborhood every 3-5 years, but we are getting 3-5 neighborhoods every year right now..

Our little towns infrastructure can not withhold the amount of people moving into town. It's getting ridiculous!
