The apartment complex construction needs to stop. There are already plenty of apartments available in Parker.

I love Parker and the small town feel it has. Not opposed to growth, but opposed to too much growth! Let's keep open space and not think we have to build something on all open land! We do not need to become another Highlands Ranch!

Stop apartments in parker. We have plenty of those, car part stores, car repair stores and nail salons. No need for more.

The town of Parker is changing dramatically and not in a good way - increased criminal activity, accidents, congestion on the roads, grocery stores and Main Street. It will not be long before Parker no longer has the small town feel that drew people here in the first place.

Stop the apartment building now! I am a homeowner in Parker. You are ruining our town and the beautiful views and unique charm of this wonderful town!

The saturation of this beloved community is heavily compromising it's value and sustainability. The addition of apartments is not providing enough value to justify the increase in traffic, congestion, and crime. No more apartments.

Let's work on expanding our community in way where we fill the community with people invested in where they live as opposed to a more transient area
