The traffic is already bad enough. There is currently an abundance of vacant apartments, with hundreds more already under construction. Parker should not be known for being an apartment mecca. Please stop the apartment trend before things get worse.

The complex you are allowing on Victorian Drive, across from O'Brien Park is a joke! Where the hell will those residents and their guest park? Beyond time to adjust the infrastructure and growth plan for Parker!
