Enough New Apartment Complexes in Parker!

i've grown up in parker my whole entire life and it really disappoints me that the beautiful land

Parker is growing too fast and too big. The congestion is serious and getting worse!

Stop over development! Enough is enough!

No more apartments in Parker!!!!!!

Parker is quickly becoming what we moved away from in Aurora 16 years ago. Makes me rethink about staying here.

I'm not renewing my lease at Waterford on Main. This town and Douglas County are losing the open space and beauty that attracted me 20-years ago. I'm headed to a small town on the coast in Oregon. It's called Brookings and they have strict controls on development. You can't even find an open garbage can on the streets as their attention to recycling and thoughtful management require residents and tourists to take care of their own trash and think about living with an eye to our future planet. Good luck with the petition and I'm happily signing it with the hope that Parker residents continue to fight for their town and the future of Parker and Douglas County

I love Parker and am glad to see it's growth but instead of make more soon to love here how about we use the space to make more restaurants and activity driven place to make the people of Parker proud to live here because right now a 20 year old there isn't much to do and I would love to have a place to bring out of staters to to show and brag about right now there's nothing like that in Parker and it's not much of a brag to say we have 100 different apartment complex

We need to preserve the beauty of Parker. No more apartments!

Love how it was a small town. Bringing more people mean more money for more staff and bigger schools. Which we don't have.

Enough Its OK to have a little open space along Parker Road. And let's not block our last remaining section of the black forest!

Too expensive and overcrowded for any area they put one of these god damn things. Enough.

No More Apartments!

I am seeing the ramifications of excessive building in Castle Rock. The town is becoming over-crowded with disgruntled residents and the minimal, remaining open space is gobbled up by homes, shops, and apartment complexes. The same is beginning to happen in Parker. It is expanding the number of apartment complexes and the size of the town cannot accommodate such an influx of people. It is heartbreaking to see open space developed and the wildlife and cattle get pushed back and mountain ranges get blocked by homes and complexes. Please stop over developing this town. I understand growth and capitalism as well as boosting our economy, but when it is so overpopulated--people and buildings-- that people are unable to enjoy the very reason they have moved to Parker, is it worth it in the end? You are defeating the purpose of what makes this town wonderful, inviting, spacious, and an ideal place to raise a family.

Enough is enough. Traffic is getting worse all the time, groceries can't handle the growing population and regularly ate out of stock in many items, and noise is a growing problem. Stop zoning every property as residential or multi-family!

I'm so sad to see what's happening to our Parker. Heartbroken.

All the construction and new properties are destroying the views of my beautiful home that I love and hold dear. Please stop destroying my home.

Enough is enough!!

There is no need for more apartments. There are many vacant and vacant homes. Parker should stay a small town not a city.
