This reminds of the lady who use to call the cops when we would play kickball in the public park next to her house. Our screams of joy were too loud for her.

We're the live music capital of the world. How about the Rainey Street bars upgrade the windows in existing residences that are affected. The high rise and new hotel residents should already have sufficient noise protection. Those times are absurd and will hurt these local business and affect the Rainey nightlife.
