It's history that is being destroyed because a group has gotten it into their heads they should act like hoodlums! History unfortunately repeats itself but, it's up to us how it repeats itself. This route isn't going to end well I don't think at all.

Keep history alive. Tearing it down does not solve problems. Future generations need to be reminded what happened in our past. Leaving statues/monuments like this up opens conversations. Those who cannot learn from their past are destined to repeat it.
