I love Ms. Herring. She supports teachers/staff, students and parents and helps to bring out their strengths. I trust Ms. Herring. She works with everyone and communicates the vision and goals in ways that makes everyone try their best. LCA needs her leadership. I could not ask for a better leader than Ms. Herring. I am happy I got to work with her before my retirement. Ms. Herring provides stability for the learning community. Please keep Ms Herring as principal of LCA.

When a school site is given the opportunity to interview for its leader, the school’s choice needs to be honored. Act with integrity!

Keep the principal MPS school decision. Hiring outside will weaken the moral of staff. Like a kick in the face.

Ms. Herring provides a calm leadership that is necessary to this environment. I trust her. Rest with her and begin building stability for all of us at LCA - workers and students alike.

This nepotism within MPS needs to stop. Hire the candidates that applied, interviewed, and were chosen.

Ms. Herring adapted and led LCA during two unexpected changes within months of one another. (An effective leader during the pandemic when NO ONE was sure how to proceed, should be enough to warrant Ms. Herring's retention at Lincoln.)

Please show respect for the staff at LCA by approving ITS choice for principal!

I simply can’t imagine a more qualified individual. The manner in which you keep attempting to shift her around is simply unjust. Her people love and respect her. You all need to catch up!
