If Ms. Herring is doing the job and then some why are you putting her out for someone new who no one knows. What's the sense and logic of that?

This is unfair and what a waste of time and energy to undo everything the staff has done to hire the best fit for their school. Please reverse your decision!

When is leadership going to recognize good leadership. The staff has to go to these lengths to get the leadership they want. I assure you if The staff is fighting for her then there must be something to it. Listen!

Ms. Herring is well deserving to be the school leader of Lincoln. She has demonstrated her abilities in being able to operate a school successfully for several years within the district. Ms. Herring is very knowledgeable, hard working, dedicated, and most of all has the scholars best interest at heart. She ensures that every scholar is provided a quality education and understands that failure is not an option. Lincoln School of the Arts has improved with the leadership of Ms. Herring. Ms. Herring has proven through her years of service with MPS that she is able to be an outstanding school leader.

Ms.Herring knows the community that she serves. That is paramount in a school community!
