I was unaware of any changes and definitely never notified in councils rezoning for eco tourism in our local area would like to see it reinstated .

No I did not receive notification of the changes. Yes it does affect my surrounding neighbors and possible future plans for our property. This distinctly feels like the change made from small lot rural to r5 residential on 18 acres. And again without notification. Stop the money grab or start providing the services to match the classification.

I live on Blackbutt Drive @ Failford and was not aware that council moved to stop eco-tourism from all R5 zoned land. I totally disagree with the move by council, and definitey disagree with the situation. I think ECO-tourism is the perfect way to enjoy all we have to offer in our area without ruining the serenity and natural surroundings. Please reinstate eco-tourism.

Disgraceful . The council/people we have trust in destroy our hopes and dreams and more importantly try to do it on the sly. While busy families work hard they pass these pathetic rules to make themselves feel better.

I have not received any notice of Councils intention to remove eco-tourism from 5R zoning.

8 Figtree Drive Diamond Beach NSW 2430 I Confirm that we, as land owners and rate payers, were not notified that MCCC has intentions to remove eco-tourism as a permitted use on all R5-zoned land.

I have not received any form of notification of a change in zoning status affecting the area in which I live, which causes me great concern. Surely this is a dereliction of Council’s duty. Changes of this magnitude should not be made without due consultation with property owners who will be affected.

As a resident of an R5 zoned property, I haven't been informed that Midcoast council wants to remove the eco-tourism as a permitted use on all R5 zoned land in the LEP. I disagree with this decision and that is why I am signing this petition.
