Governor Ralph Northam classified cheer squads and bands as spectators and meant they will be required to be ticketed in order to gather. They are trying to take away these precious memories for so many! These kids practice so hard every single day and for them to take that away from them then label them as a spectator is absolutely outrageous. my daughter works so hard at practice every single week just to be told she cant even perform at the games. this is honestly just so unfair to the kids
