As a young family we believe that having the opportunity to shop at diverse stores within Oskaloosa is not sure only more fun but economically friendly to this small community. If JC Penny closes that means that finding certain clothing for our children, special occasions and athletic wear which will cause us around an hour or more of travel.....taking much needed business outside of Oskaloosa. We need JC Penny to stay open!

This is the only store my daughter, who is on the spectrum, will agree to go to when wanting to shop since we only are able to go to the bigger malls (in Des Moines) once in a blue moon due to her anxiety and sensory overload.

Penny's has been a huge asset to Oskaloosa and the area for years...it is our only place to enjoy any dept. store shopping. I have shopped Penny's to clothe my family for over 50 yrs.
Our area would appreciate your consideration to keep our store available.

PLEASE consider keeping the Oskaloosa JCPenney store OPEN! This town needs THIS store...there isn't another local store where we can go to purchase QUALITY baby/ kids, Woman's, Juniors, Men's, lingerie and undergarments, coats, purses /wallets, ect. at reasonable prices. It will require an hour drive one way to get to the nearest JCPenney store in Des Moines. Please HELP our community continue to shop LOCAL!!!

Don't close Oskaloosa and Ottumwa stores. I like both store, we need one or the other, The Oskaloosa store has been hurt as they don't carry bigger sizes clothing that Ottumwa does. So one reason why people order online.

I believe this store would see a significant increase in sales once the Ottumwa store closes.
