We are limited on places to shop for nice NEW clothing, unless we go out of town, and closing this store will effectively take away ALL options. Please reconsider closing the Oskaloosa J.C.Penney store.

We love this store!!! Please keep in Oskaloosa. It has saved our family so many "Mom I need black pants for the concert tonight".....I hate the idea of driving over an hour if they close. Please save our store!!!!

I have seen drastic improvements with the quality of business at the JCPenney store in the last six months. I think it is warranted to keep the store open for business.

Please consider postponing the closure of store #2189. It is my firm belief that with the new management changes in our store and the closure of a store 25 miles south of us (Ottumwa, Iowa) that our sales volume numbers would increase and our community would be grateful!
