I love JC Penneys. I live in Pella and I don't get to Des Moines often to shop often so we love to come to Oskaloosa to shop at JC Penney. Please don't close the store!!

Since the management change at the Oskaloosa Penneys, their numbers have been significantly improving. Please allow them to stay open longer so this can continue....for years!
