a baby or young child wouldn't be returned to an absuer - like them animals are vulnerable, defenceless and without a voice - please show compassion to this poor dog and allow him to remain with people who care about his welfare.

This sounds a very cruel thing to do. I would certainly want to see this wee dog stay where he is.There seems to be enough evidence of neglect to stop him going back to original owner.

What a world we live in .. This dog can't speak and his safety lies in the hands of the law and yet again being let down by our system ... Like Loads of kids who then go on to die with neglect with the failure of who's meant to protect .. X hope oscar runs from these so called owners and is found safe and well in the hands of someone that will care . Keep positive to the foster parent who has protected him . X
