For once put the dog first. He has the right to be safe & cared for. Dont rip him away from somewhere he feels safe & return him to someone who abused him As i said Please think of whats best for Oscar !!!

Please do not take Oscar away from his living home & put him back with his abusive previous owner....it's madness! A vet has proven signs of neglect....he's been seen being abused by his owner....why would you sentence an innocent dog to such a life?! There was a reason he was saved from his living hell.....why put him back there? Show compassion please.

Good to know the police are being diligent in the duties. Obviously returning an innocent dog to an abusive criminal ranks higher than tackling crime !! Any victim of a crminal act tonight will no doubt understand that removing a dog from a caring, loving home was more important than public safety !!! The personnel doing this will be fast tracked to higher office after dealing with this. As for the S.S.P.C.A, I would not let them care for a toy animal, let alone real ones !! How can anyone walk an animal to their death simply because they have too many dogs in the kennels. !! They have the temerity to claim to save animals from cruellty, yet they execute them every day !! What fine examples of humans they are .
