The only reason i bought this house is because it backed up to all woods and fields !! I wouldn't have purchased this house if they told me they were going put Apartments back there

Gerber has done enough leveling and destruction in our area. It's bad enough they are building condos, apartment buildings are not appropriate for the rural areas..... out them on on 104 or better yet stop llstop destroy9ng the environment and build something over existing and decrepit homes and businesses.
Financially speaking it doesn't work for " people" either. They will be charging more than a mortgage for each apartment.

When Webster started all this construction, I saw two deer looking at the construction as if to say "what do I do now?" Wildlife slowly but surely disappearing!

I believe we have enough apartment complexes in Centennial Village. Let us not destroy the wooded areas. They add beauty to our development. Enough is enough.
