People moved into this neighborhood for the privacy and nature like settings. This will completely destroy the neighborhood feel, drive house prices down, and likely create a very hostile environment for many.

Please reconsider this plan, there must be other available land for this project. I have no problem with townhouses in the right location.

This is all money driven without concern for the habitat. Not to mention the problems such as vandalism that come with apartments.

They are looking to change all the SR districts to make it available for townhouses to be built on those designated areas. The lot sizes and the boundary lines will also be diminished.

Residents who bought homes on the perimeter of this area were told the land was designated as forever wild and also located on a 100 year flood plain. Two very obvious reasons that the space should remain undeveloped and undisturbed. We must protect this natural habitat for flora and fauna from destruction. Building apartments would create nothing more than a cluster of misplaced and unsightly structures, while creating issues such as insufficient drainage, increased traffic, overall congestion and wildlife eradication. We need to block this project, as it will only add to the deteriorization of the rural ambiance of our community. Thank you Gordy for starting this.

I was appalled that John G told the Wayne County planning board that only a couple of people were concerned about buffers, when there's a neighborhood Coalition against the whole project.

The apartment number should be 8 buildings, 8 apartments each for a total of 64
