This is a bad idea for ontario residents. Once the right to destroy natural wetlands only gives precedent to continue to destroy other natural habitats.

Every place you go you see houses, townhomes and senior apartments!! We have no more wooded areas anymore!! What’s happening to all of the animals who need the woods!! I’m tired of having no trees and stuff around , it use to be really beautiful around with all the woods now it’s like people are getting money hungry or they can not afford the taxes so they sell it off the land and what have you got really expensive homes that I really don’t know how anyone can afford them!! It needs to stop!!

Can’t imagine losing such a vital piece of Centennial. Loved growing up with all of the place to play… sad to see that it may be torn down

Natural floodplains and Federal wetlands should not be destroyed just so local developers (and their henchmen) can pad their bank accounts. Ontario's charm and desirability as a place to live is it's rural nature compared with way overdeveloped suburbs like Webster, Penfield, Pittsford, etc. Keep our town rural and keep unbridled development in check and use common sense when creating/modifying zoning laws. The Town Supervisor and Board are elected to represent the town's constituents not themselves. Mistake from the start to elect a Real estate mogul to the Town supervisor position...suspect a bit of collusion with developers is going on behind closed doors as our current supervisor ends his term.
