I grew up in the area. These houses enable people to enjoy the Lake when they cannot afford a million dollar home on the lake.

TVA YOU MAKE ENOUGH MONEY AND THE BONUSES YOU GIVE OUT YEARLY ARE RIDICULOUSLY HIGH. LEAVE THESE FLOAT HOMES ALONE.

Passing this would essentially be taking away people's vacation homes and in a few cases their permanent living homes. It just isn't right to destroy what people have worked so hard to achieve. I don't own a home on the water but enjoy looking at them as I bike around Fontana Lake at Tsali.

This is so unfair for all the families who have boathouses as vacation place to go looks like the rich people are taking over and the TVA said they wasn't going to do that so what's up with this? What are the boat dock owners thinking about this?

This is my home every weekend in the summer. We can't afford expensive vacations so this is our get away. I started going at age 4 and now I'm 34 and take my 2 kids out there and they love it and it would destroy them if it was taken off the water. Many people love their houseboats and we do too. Don't ruin this for these people that enjoy their summer relaxations. I go to Alarka and absolutely love it.

Keep the houseboats on the lake, it's family fun, and not hurting nothing! I grew up on Fontana lake from birth and now my children enjoy it!

Navigable waterways are available for use by all citizens as a general rule of law. TVA should recognize this and not displace houseboats and other floating homes. The houseboats may remain stationary, but that does not change the character of the waterways as navigable and, therefore, available for use by all citizens. What will be next? No paddling or fishing on this navigable body of water? TVA must be consistent and follow the well established principles of law dealing with public navigable waterbodies.

This is an outrageous violation of citizens rights and should be reconsidered before going to a higher authority!

Compliant non-navigatable and floating houses should be allowed to remain on TVA reservoirs. We abide all existing rules and regulations and pay real property tax on our floating home to the county. My family has owned our non-navigatable house for 25 years. I was raised on those waters and my children are being raised on them as well. Please allow my grandchildren to experience the same.

I have a bunch if of friends that have been in Fontana for many years. To take their privileges away would be very wrong. Plus a lot of the houseboats tgat they own have sentimental value thats not ever replaceable

This is crazy ... Take the land from the people build the lake and then take away the privileges of using this lake freely .. This is a family friendly lake and as a former owner of a floating house who fully intends on owning another one... I will stand with each and everyone to the best of my abilities to help stop this
