We've enjoyed our floating home for many years, and our grandchildren look forward to coming to the lake as their parents did when they kids. SAVE OUR FLOATING HOMES!!!!

It is such a shame to even consider taking away something people have worked and paid for all of these years! My family has many memories shared on our floating home and I would love to make more!

Removing these types of homes will
Only choke the towns and their economy. Which will in turn lower the amount of taxes you will collect.

Please keep floating boathouses on Tva lakes! This is a family tradition for us and many of our friends every summer. My kids and their dad have grown up on the lake! It's our heart!

I have a TVA signed & registered non-navigable House Boat. TVA approved the boat and my investment and now has changed their mind.

This is a crazy proposal. These homes are harmless and a wonderful recreational opportunity for the state and the local businesses.

Some things need to just be left as they are. Let the homes be.

TVA was negligent in enforcing their permit policies and are now trying to get rid of all floating houses.

Why do you have to keep interfering with people who are not doing any harm by having their house boats on the water? Please leave the people in peace!

We completely agree. People have put a lot of investment and time in making their homes on the lake beautiful. The TVA proposal is very disappointing and unfair. The impact to individuals and local businesses have not been recognized. Please TVA, reconsider and do away with the Sunset language and unreasonable fees.

While there needs to be some regulation and minimum requirements for safe and maintained houses. There needs to be a permanent moratorium on new houses being built.
The TVA, Marina Owners and the Tennesee Valley Floating Home Alliance need to come to the table and work on a policy that is sustainable for the future.
