We have a manufactured houseboat but friends around us have floating houses and we wouldn't want to see them lose them. We think requiring all houseboats and floating houses meet standards and not allowing more to be built would be the fairest solution.

This is clear government and regulatory over-reach! These homes are amazing and have no more impact on the environment than any motorized houseboat. Perhaps even less impact given the absence of a motor and generator. Crazy over-reach! Greg
