KEEP THEM ON THE WATER!!! Makes no sense to change this now! We've had a house on the water since I can remember! Why mess with something that hurts nothing or effects nothing negatively! Leave them alone.

Don't understand why government sticks there nose into everything. I think it's high time people fight an stand up for what is right.

These homes don't hurt anyone, most are beautiful! And add to the beauty of the lake! I see no difference them them, and the "boat houses" on the lake. You have screwed everything else up, leave the lake houses alone. Your regulations are getting ridiculous!

Your heavy handed B.L.M. tactics are not to be tolerated. Do this and find another job, it won't be in politics.

It's not fair for the ones that have been allowed all these year to kick them off.

Our little houseboat is a haven in the outdoors that gets everyone off electronics and allows some amazing family time. Such precious memories of times with family and friends are planted every summer. Please don't take this away.

Please don't let this be another example of the wealthy exerting their will on the rest of us. Listen to all the people, not just those with the deepest pockets.

Keep floating homes

The floating houses allow so many families to enjoy these beautiful shorelines for hours on end. The homes have very little impact on the lakes while they provide great opportunities for recreation and family time. Please continue to allow the non-navigable, floating homes on TVA lakes.

We don't have a floating home but have a lake front home. The floating homes were the reason we loved Norris lake the first time we came over 25 years ago. They are a wonderful vacation and hope they can stay if they are maintained right.

Please help us keep the floating houses. Come up with a new plan on accessing a fair common ground for both parties.

I have owned a floating cottage for 17 years. The fact TVA would even suggest we harm or damage the lakes and waterways is down right offensive. No one cars as much as we who use the water. At my dock we respect each other and the lake. Because our families use it. Plus the money we pay or docks a portion or percentage goes to TVA. So actually we pay their salary. When did anyone ever have job and you got to tell your boss what to do..TVA should be concerned about so many other issues...

Please leave them. They've been on the lake for years with no problems.

Or houseboat is well kept and looks nice. I understand some are junky and not kept up. Instead of banning them all, why not have restrictions so those that are nice can stay.
