The University has been struggling to find a Professor who is willing and able to teach this course at the level it is neccesary to be taught, this is tricking down to a problem for P2s' in Pharmacology, There is no sane reason to repace Dr. Newell-Caito, she should be offered a tenure track position
Dr. Newell-Caito actually cares for her students unlike most of the professors here. She tried to teach a very difficult subject and I know doubt would have failed if some other professors at this school would have been teaching molec.
Dr. Caito is not only an amazing professor but an amazing human being and it is very disheartening to know that we must go through such lengths to get the university to keep such an invaluable asset here. It's not often that we as students come in contact with a professor that we feel genuinly cares and is genuinly here for us. If she doesn't stay it will most certainly be a huge loss for this university as she amazing and we all love her very much. In only a year she was able to make such a huge impact and it would really be ashame to let her go. We love you Dr. Caito!!
Dr. Newell-Caito is a very caring professor. She aims to bring excitement to her courses so the students are actively learning and stimulated throughout the process. She is very approachable and takes time out of her busy schedule to help students with questions they have after class. A professor who engages us and cares about us enough to try and change her methods of teaching in response to our feedback is difficult to find. She has certainly earned a permanent position at USciences.
Dr. Newell-Caito is by far the best new comer teacher I've ever had. She's engaging, funny, intelligent, and overall I've learned a lot. I didn't expect much from the class or from the topic but I actually see how it greatly applies to everything that is to come in the future of pharmacy. Please keep her!

She is one of the only professors I feel actually truly shows her care for the students' well being. No other professor takes the time to learn about her students and help them in any way they can. I truly feel she cares if we succeed or not, and is willing to do whatever she can to make sure we do succeed. We need more professors like her in schools everywhere.
