The East Sheen branch serves quite a large area and to those of us who bank with NW, it is important to have it locally.

East Sheen Branch, is a life line to many of my older clients. I have been a customer of Nat West for 41 years, with my business and personal accounts. Maybe it's time to change. Glynn Miller-Lewis

These bank facilities are crucial for the elderly without online banking options or members of the public who do not drive and require easy access to a local bank.

I have been a Natwest customer for over 30 years and would be very upset if Natwest closed the East Sheen branch. We need local branches. Why not partner with subway or starbucks?

Another example of a selfish, greedy bank putting profits before consideration of their (often elderly) customers.

Please don’t make people go into Richmond for their banking. Natwest is one of the good things about Sheen high street.

If this branch closes then I will close all of my accounts with Nat West. Locality is the main reason for us using them.

This local Natwest Branch has been enormously helpful to me whilst dealing with a a complicated probate issue which I was unable to resolve through their help line. The bank provides an enormously helpful service to a large number of more elderly people who find online banking difficult if not impossible.

Local bank branches are important for customers who do not use internet/telephone banking, as well as small businesses and charities. Please reconsider the decision to close the branch.

According to our local police this branch has protected many residents and especially older residents from handing over many thousands of pounds of their savings to criminals involved in scams. As a result the East Sheen Police Liaison (local residents) group recognised this branch as a 'Good Neighbour' writing to the NAT WEST/RBS head of retail banking. One of the best ways to protect vulnerable customers is the local physical presence of competent and caring professionals. Please do not put people at risk by closing this branch.

I no longer bank at the NatWest but I think it is essential that we don't loose a High Street Bank. Though a lot of young people use apps and mobiles there are many middle aged and older people who do NOT want to live on their phones. It is important for older people to have outside contact and we don't want a barren High Street with everyone forced to stay at home looking at their computers!

Closure of this branch will create many issues for residents and force them to make the journey to Richmond for simple bank transactions. We need this branch to remain open. Please review.

Pleeease don't close this branch. I often bank cheques (still used by many people) and take out cash. I do not want to have to travel to Richmond to do so. Can't you make it a smaller branch maybe within another shop?

Couldn't NatWest operate a smaller branch (i.e. cheaper premises) for the convenience of locals and small business and 3rd sector organisations? It wouldn't need costly sales people.

I regularly pay in cheques for my daughter and need a receipt so need to go to the NatWest bank.
