96 year old Mrs Steiner has asked me to sign her in. She has no email. Her bank account is with Nat West and the staff are so helpful as she has very little eyesight.

The process of bank closures does not adequately address the needs of local communities.

In this day and age of online banking, we really run the danger of seriously disadvantaging people who are not computer savvy or do not own a computer. Please rethink your closure Nat West! we don't want to become faceless in East Sheen !

Please retain this branch; many of us need to call in for banking business, and it is quite a way to other branches not listed for closure. We can't do everything on-line.

Please don't close Natwest East Sheen branch - the staff are very friendly and they know their customers (excellent customer service). It is the only branch with parking available, and as I manage coinage, this cannot be done via online banking!

This closure would be a very sad loss for many people and increase waiting time at other branches if any left.

If this bank closes I will consider moving my custom elsewhere as the reason for choosing the bank was the fact it cuts down on travel time.

No matter how convenient internet banking is, at some point it's essential to actually speak to somebody. Banks draw people out to local shopping areas where they then use other businesses. They help to create a feeling of community. Closing them is just another step towards creating a soulless high street that you drive through to get to somewhere else. Keep this branch open.

I choose my bank based on a number of criteria, the most important being the ability to easily visit a local branch and discuss issues face to face with a bank representative. Closure of the NatWest branch with diminish the attraction to NatWest as a bank of choice.

I endorse everything which has already been said, particularly with regard to the elderly and disabled. My elderly mother was one of the first to use Internet banking but owing to macular degeneration is no longer able to do so and there are many elderly people in her situation. It is also essential that people of all ages are able to have face to face contact with their bank for financial discussions of a sensitive nature. Please reconsider this decision with utmost urgency.

I completely agree with local residents to save our NatWest Bank if everything went on line what would happen to the local community and people especially the elderly actually meeting people! Not everything can be solved online sometimes you need personal contact
We need the local NatWest
