We need better professional practice counsels, real bed side changes that are nurse driven and true visabilty from the senior leadership! we can do this together.

I have worked in both unionized and non union hospitals. I feel there is no need for a union at Munson especially the MNA. But I respect the opinions of others and there right to disagree with mine

I think it's ok for people who do want to organize, to do so. I also strongly believe that unionizing nurses is not the answer and will not represent the majority of nurses working at Munson.

There are issues that need to be addressed.....I believe that there have been fair attempts to address some of them. A union is organized crime and will do nothing but drive a wedge between employee and employer even deeper.

Unionization is for lazy people who don't want to put forth any effort to help make things better. If those people had put the same effort into working together to improve any continue to make things better we wouldn't be here.

For those who are willing, please keep sharing the petition on Facebook or however you can... we put out a lot of fliers at that we believe the pro union people have taken down. We just need to get the word out & We can stop this thing!! I am so grateful for every signature we have so far & I am so glad I'm not alone... KEEP SHARING
