Fantastic teacher and I highlight of my STM experience. It wouldn't be the same school without her.

We have been blessed to have had our children in the STM school system for the last 14 years. Our oldest son Luke loved Mrs. Killian and his love of history has inspired him to major in history at UNC. Our second child Jack told us Mrs. Killian is one of his favorite teachers. She encourages her students to learn together. Her creativity and love of history have inspired her students. her unique style and enthusiasm cannot be replaced. It brings great sadness to know that the administration would let her go without input from the students and parents. She is a wonderful person and my children have been blessed to learn from her.

My children contribute their success in AP World History and AP US History to Mrs. Killian's passion, love, and devotion to building a strong foundation in their middle school years. Jim often states she developed him into an analytical thinker. Pat Killian would be a tremendous loss.

Mrs. Killian was probably the best teacher I ever had at STM. She's a large part of why I have been successful in history at Cardinal Gibbons. Her methods are unconventional but she makes the class fun and kids actually learn in her class.

I had Mrs. killian for both 6th and 7th grade (and an elective 8th grade) and I'm now a junior at CGHS. Her methods were slightly unconventional but she was a far better teacher than most teachers I've had throughout high school. I still remember all of my geography because of her, and I also give her credit for my performance in world history as a sophomore. She may have an unconventional way of teaching, but she makes it so that the material is unforgettable. Not only her teaching ability has influenced students lives though. She's also always given students an example of how to live as good Christian people, just as STM's mission statement states. Mrs. Killian deserves thanks. She is definitely one of the top 3 best teachers and one of the most positive aspects of my Middle School experience.

I attribute much of my love for social studies due to Mrs. Killian's teaching and her devotion to her students. She went well above and beyond her duties as a teacher. She spent countless hours helping everyone plan for projects like Africa Night and Asian Night. Without Mrs. Killian, St. Thomas More would be losing a huge asset. No social studies teacher could ever replace what she did for her students. She always taught with enthusiasm and passion.

Mrs Killian taught my daughter to got out and explore. Nothing was out of her reach. She is headed to NYU in Global studies and will spend a year of her college career helping others. I am thankful Mrs Killian is at St Thomas More, not only for my daughters but others as well.

I consider myself a very lucky person to have taught alongside Pat Killan. She offered a very creative and dynamic classroom that the students' loved. Furthermore, she was a great mentor for her fellow teachers. The classroom and STM will surely be losing a great teacher that teaches outside the four walls of a classroom.

I had Mrs. Killian as a social studies teacher for 3 years and am utterly disappointed that the incoming and current middle schoolers may not have the chance to experience her wonderful presence in the classroom. Ms. Killian is a magnificent teacher and women, and STM would not be the same without her.

Mrs. Killian is by far the best teacher I have ever had. She challenged me to rise above all expectations. Through events such as Africa Night and Asian Market she instilled problem solving skills and a love for learning that I still hold today. (I can also rattle off most of the countries of the world and a detailed history of Ghana). BUT that's because she was such an incredible teacher who looked for ways to make us love learning and love school. I'm currently enrolled in NYU's Global Liberal Studies Program and I have no doubt that Mrs. Killian opened my eyes to the world and its cultures. She showed me what was out there and how to reach for it. I am saddened that future STM students will not be able to experience her compassion, intelligence, and genuine love for her classes.

Mrs. Kilillian isn't the best teacher I have ever had she is one of the first teachers to trust us and let's us work independently on projects she also makes learning fun and exciting when I walk into the classroom I am always excited to see what I learn new for the day it would be a shame for my sister and other classes not to have her save Mrs. Killian

Mrs killian Is one of the greatest teachers and people I've ever met in my life. She truly has an amazing Christian spirit. She has shown great patience dealing with us every day. Any school would be lucky to have her as a teacher and any person would be lucky to have her as a friend. Mrs killian must stay. She is truly one of the most amazing people I've ever met
