Mrs. Freedman helped me tremendously throughout high school. She was always there to help pick out my classes, guide me through the college application process and was a huge asset for me when I participated in every 15 minutes. If she left, it would be a disservice to the students who are fortunate enough to have her as their guidance counselor, as well as future Calabasas students.

I've had two counselors and I'm not even a junior yet. It would be a disservice to the students that have her; please allow her to stay at CHS

Clearly things are not working in the administration/office at CHS! When every single counselor has either asked to be transferred or is being pushed out the door, the problem clearly does not live with the counselors! Please hear your communities plea to take a look at who runs the administration at Calabasas High, and get rid of the one toxic person who is clearly the real problem!

Mrs. Freedman is a great asset to the school. She is amazing and the children appreciate and respect her. Please don't rock any boats as the children need stability.

Mrs. Freedman is my son's counselor and has been professional, competent and responsive to questions. Plus, her leadership in the Every 15 Minutes program is commendable and could save lives. LVUSD is making a huge mistake.

Lauren Freedman is true asset to Calabasas High School. She is an amazing counselor who is knowledgable and cares about the students. Our school will be at a loss without her! Please keep Mrs. Freedman at CHS .

CHS can not lose another counselor. My sons counselor, Mrs. Kozzi was 'replaced' right as the beginning of the college senior process was beginning this past fall. She knew everything my son had been through his first 3 yrs at CHS, to be replaced with someone who knew nothing about him or the 100s of other students that trusted and confided with her. Please keep some type of consistency for 100s of kids that rely and trust a caring and reliable counselor such as Mrs. freedman.

Mrs. Freedman was so helpful and thoughtful during the college application process. I was fortunate enough to work with her and have her guidance as I chose to apply to schools. There is no one else I would trust more to help my brother with the application process when it is his turn. Calabasas needs to keep her because she cares so much about students and is a crucial member of the community!

Please help stop this political move. No one including Mrs. Freedman wants this transfer. Only the political powers want this. Calabasas High School is about to suffer a loss it can not be forced to deal with. Keep the most dedicated and experienced counselor at CHS. Transferring Mrs. Freedman is a terrible decision that has a direct negative impact on everyone most importantly the current and future students at CHS. Funny how the top educator at CHS feels that an expert in working with high school students would in some way be better off working with middle school kids. STOP THIS TRANSFER.
