Please, allow Mrs. E to stay with her part time job. Mrs. E was a fundamental part of my daughter’s education, as I know for many more children. We love Mrs. E, she is an outstanding teacher, mentor educator and best drama coach .

Shocking news that Mrs. E from The Rocky Mount School was let go. She needs to be reinstated, because she is a rsre individual who understands. And values each child as individuals. She is a rare find and a keeper. Her value and worth should not be diminished.

Why in the world would you let go of such an amazing employee and asset to Rocky Mount Elementary when the School Climate Star Rating is such an important factor to CCSD? There is no doubt Mrs. E is a direct contributor to high, positive ratings supporting school climate, from the parent & student surveys! She breathes inclusion! She loves our Roadrunners and they love her. Keep Mrs E!

Mrs. E started programs that are still postively impacting all 3 of my children 20 + years later. She is selfless, energetic, and talented. Please don't lose this treasure! The children are the ones that will suffer.

Mrs. E is such an exceptional person! She is only paid as a part time parapro but spends many additional hous to make Rocky Mount exceptional. She helps out wherever needed and has provided support to the counselors, teachers, office staff, and community. She loves to read and has encouraged and instilled this love of reading to all students at Rocky Mount. Mrs. E encourages creativity, risk taking, and positive self esteem through her Drama Club and LTT. She loves the children and they love her!

Mrs.E ♥️ is such a wonderful teacher and staff member very professional with so high standards for teaching and lovely teacher with our kids. My kids love her so much and had such a great memories with Mrs. E. Her love and dedication to our kids is not comparable. Please don’t let her go she is amazing.
