It would be a shame not to see him at MPE next year. His interaction with the students and parents always impressed me. I definitely noticed a positive difference compared to when my daughter was there.

This second change in the Principal position at Middle Paxton Elementary school in such rapid succession, is unacceptable and displays poor management planning and decision-making by the Central Dauphin administration. It may not be coincidental that MP was the only elementary school in the CD district to receive an "A" rating last year and any shortfalls at other schools should be dealt with directly. Moving a successful leader is the easier path but penalizes the students at MP. Changes at the principal level are disruptive and tenures of 1 or 2 years do not allow for the stability needed to understand the environment and develop/deploy improvements.

Mr. Pavusek's leadership has made a positive impact on my daughter and on all children at Middle Paxton. His short tenure does not provide the continuity necessary to sustain or enhance the educational program there. Our children deserve more leadership stability at their school than you are currently providing. Laura Wiest.

All 3 of my children have attended M.P.E. I became familiar with Mr. Pavusek, when he was a Principle with the CD Middle School and assisted my oldest child in adjusting to the new environment. He takes the time to become familiar with not only the children, but the families of the children and their circumstances. More over, he's exceedingly personable and genuinely concerned with the well-being of the children- especially those who require support- services, like mine. PLEASE do not move this Mr. P. It's a hardship on him, individually and on the families that have grown to know and care for him, as he cares for our children.

Consistency is a key element in the education of young children. By potentially having a third administrator at the helm in almost the same number of years is by far not a consistent effort. The students at Middle Paxton show yearly progress and establish good marks by State standards. This is due in large part by Mr. P. Please reconsider your decision and leave Mr. P in a place where he is making a difference, supporting our wonderful staff, and holding our children accountable for hard work and a higher expectation. He is truly a caring and consistent force that Middle Paxton needs and deserves.

Please let the parents have a voice in whether Mr. P stays at Middle Paxton. He is obviously making a positive impact.

Please keep Mr. P at Middle Paxton! Our children finally have a principal that cares about their needs and knows them all by name. Our children, our teachers, and our parents deserve a hard working principal like Mr. P!!

Transferring Mr. Pauvesek after only two years is unacceptable! This will be my daughters third Principal since starting at MP. Our students and teachers deserve consistency and should not have to go through another change in such a short time frame due to the needs of another school. Mr. P is a perfect fit for MP and he guided our staff and students to earn a rating far above the rest! Mr. P is trusted and admired by the students and families of Middle Paxton and we do not want to see him be transferred!

Please keep Mr. P at MPE! After years of a poor leader - 2 years ago a respected and consistent leader entered the building - Mr. P...Our students deserve consistency and to continue on the positive path he has created...Not a merry-go-round of leadership...as this will be the third principal for my daughter and she is only in 3rd grade! Please do the right thing and don't disrupt 2 schools - there has to be another leader who can "fix" the issues Linglestown is experiencing....Keep Mr. P at MPE!!
