Please keep Mr. Pavusek at Middle Paxton Elementary. I've been told you have the students and teachers best interests in mind while making this decision and if you truly do, you will not transfer him to Lingelstown Elementary. Our kids need his leadership and cannot afford to back peddle to how things were with the former administrator.

Our children deserve consistent, high quality leadership. The revolving principal's door at MP certainly leaves the impression that our children's interests are not considered significant by District administration. If it is necessary to transfer Mr. Pavusek to another school, then a minimal reasonable expectation would be that his position would be posted so that all qualified applicants can apply. For the District to hire someone else without doing so seems to confirm that our children's interests are irrelevant.

Please keep Mr.P !! MP needs him AND my son does too! His being role model has really helped my son through his first few years of school and I would HATE for that to have to change all of a sudden. If my son, Nick, could sign this, I'm positive he would as well. Please reconsider!

Mr. Pavusek is a keystone to Middle Paxton Elementary. He should not be transfered for the best interests of the students and teachers.

Why make an incompetent decision at the ONLY school that earned our district an A on the district report card!! Our kids and staff at MPE deserve to have consistency! 3 different principals in 4 years is unexceptable and rediculous!!!! The school board and superintendent need to be smarter educators and think about the long term effects not just about the immediate situation!!!!!

It does not make sense to cause children and staff at two schools to have inconsistency in leadership due to the removal/leaving of one principal. If Linglestown is in need of strong leadership (as stated in an email response I received from Carol Johnson) then hire someone strong for that building and allow Middle Paxton to continue having the leadership of Mr. P. Our children deserve. It is sad that this will be my daighter's third principal and she is only entering 3rd grade...Very unfair!!
