Maybe drop the "boy's school" decision and fund a teacher who is evidently highly valued by all his current and past students and well as colleagues? It's a no-brainer this decision was poorly made-the Board should be ashamed of their actions. Annie Wright is an educational institution, not a major corporation. Greed, power, and unrighteousness is what our country is facing with it's current president and what the board is doing mirrors these motifs. Mr. McCool is more then suitable for the job-keeping him is the Wright thing to do.

Growing up, I have never enjoyed the subject of History. In any way, shape, or form. It was always my worst subject. However, this year, I've learned to like it. Thanks to Mr. McCool. He makes class exciting, fun, and enjoyable. I can't imagine a class without him. AWS is better with him.

Within a month of taking Mr. McCool's class I knew that he had changed my understanding of the world. His stories inspired me to remain confident about my ability to be succeed in this world and I would sacrifice anything to keep him here at Annie Wright. His way of teaching is thorough and allows every single student to develop an analytical and thoughtful mind. Mr. McCool is so important to the culture at Annie Wright and will continue to be so no matter what happens. He is going to be in the red tie campfire, and he his impact on Annie Wright will not be forgotten by his students, even if it is forgotten by others.

Mr. McCool is the sweetest teacher I've ever met, and he treats us as his own children. Because of him, I found confidence on history and started to like this subject. I cannot stand the truth that he will be leaving next year, but we will try our best to tell the school about our thoughts and keep him with all our hearts❤️❤️❤️.

Mr.McCool helped me with my graduation paper a lot. I can't graduate without his help and more importantly, he taught me and my friends how to learn History interestingly. For international student, is important for us to have the aspiration of learning history in order to comprehend the history content. Only Mr. McCool did this during my high school time (Mr.Freshwater also

I have been in Mr. McCool's tutorial period since freshman year, and I have him as my current teacher in history. I can say that Mr. McCool is the most caring person, who has influenced me on many levels. His energy and smile always help me to have a better day and make a boring topic more interesting. I think it is not fair to the green ties and blue ties who will not have him as their EE teacher and History teacher. Who will not hear his jokes about his hometown. Who will not be able to know his past lawyer career. Who will not hear the Monday Teddy Calendar. Who will not experience his fun activities in class and especially his laughs. I strongly think that Annie Wright should keep Mr. McCool here because we as students who have taken his class all think he is incredible valuable to this school.

It is a rare thing to have a teacher who so inspires his students. As an alumna who was fortunate to have some truly wonderful teachers during my years at Annie Wright, I strongly support retaining a teacher the current students have such high respect for.
If Annie Wright has enough money to consider opening a boys high school, they have enough money to support the education of their girls by wonderful teachers like Mr McCool.

Mr.McCool is such an amazing teacher. He can always make studying history fun, and his own way of teaching is very special and interesting. Although I won't have his class next year, I still wish that my lower classmates can experience the same education that we had. Please keep him...
