Mr Ali was a very good Teacher. And a caring person. He was good with the children and if a child was sad he would always find a way to make them happy.

My son had him in Nursery, I always heard good things of Mr Ali, such a shame that he is leaving. The way he teaches, beyond excellence. Such a lovely teacher!

My two children go to SPWF but didn’t attend nursery there however, I have only heard good things about Mr.Ali from parents and think it would be a huge loss to the school and parents if he was to leave. Hoping things change for the better and as a result Mr. Ali stays on.

Mr Ali is an asset to the school and the teaching practice he demonstrates goes above and beyond the standards the he himself holds true.
If the decision has been taken through his own volition through and informed personal reasons , the we wish him the best but if it is management or undue stress and school issues, we implore the school to reconsider it practices to keep hold of valuable and key members of their teaching staff.
Outstanding teachers are rare to find and with a shortage of teachers who regularly show comassion and care aswell as demonstrate key progress it is even more rarer.

I heard so much wonderful things about Mr Ali from my niece. She is in his class, Mr Ali has good connection, very gentle manner and very positive behaviour towards young children. It will be shame if he leaves. also we are short of male teachers in the foundation stage so why let him go???

We don’t want Mr Ali to leave over schools decisions, which is unfair on him and our kids he has been the most amazing teacher who gave our children’s confidents to start their school journey from scratch and be how they are now. School should reconsider their decision and not force any teachers to leave.

As an ex staff member at the school, I worked very closely with Mr Ali. From the moment the children arrive to school, Mr Ali welcomes them warmly and cheerfully to the high standards he has for their learning and their day. I can rest assured tell you that he loves his job. I haven't come across another individual who is driven, extremely motivated and gives it his absolute all. He has helped me and pushed me to do the best.
We as parents have a duty to keep Mr Ali as our childrens teacher. I can't imagine anyone else as my child's firs teacher.
