Mr Ali is one of the best teacher I know, he has taught my 3 children, even Mariya who has never been ibis student always feels she can be open with M Ali, he is a fondamental person in this school, my son Sulaiman is in his class at them moment and my child will be totally lost without M Ali as his teacher.
My child found it extremely hard to settle and if M Ali leaves I don’t know if my child will be happy to come to nursery.

It is a uch a shame to let go of such an amazing teacher who has had tremendous impact in so many young lives, for many years, since the school began in 2014.
Our daughter was one of Mr Ali’s first students when St Paul’s way started back in 2014. She struggled with severe anxiety and Mr Ali helped her build her self confidence from day 1.
Question I have had in mind for last few months is, why all old teachers leaving?
And to hear Mr Ali is going, that’s a huge loss to the school not mention how much this will impact every students who look up to him, I know my daughter will be heart broken.

There are serious questions that need to be answered by SPWT if Mr Ali leaves. It was a matter of time that SPW would loose the longest running member of staff. Recently we lost Miss Clark too. Why do staff at SPWF drop of like flies? Mr Ali has taught all my children and my youngest child is currently in his class and will be left without an experienced teach mid way through the academic year which is a recurrent trend at the school.

Really disappointed to hear he is being forced out. The parents of the children whom are taught by Mr Ali should be informed of the reason why Mr Ali is leaving. The allegation of mismangement of staff needs to be addressed. We need to meet the management team via zoom. An Ofsted requirement is to have a good level of Senior Management and Leadership. I foresee a relationship of distrust building between parents and St Paul's Way Foundation management, this issue must be addressed.
As our children are young and in a new Nursery they will be affected hugely by this coerced departure.

Mr Ali been there from day one of opening of the school its sad to hear he be leaving, he is amazing teacher taught my son so much he is the foundation of the school it be very sad to see Mr Ali go, please change his mind and keep him.

This is not good news for the children's and the school. I would like the school to get Mr Ali to change his mind and get him to stay. Not sure why we keep losing top quality teachers and also leaving half way during school terms, this much be an issue on the school management side. If we don't come to a good outcome on this then we all should consider moving our children's to a different school.

Mr. Ali helped my child to speak, to express himself and to be independent when he was just 3 years old. I have so much gratitude and respect for Mr. Ali and the school should try to keep a teacher who has a great impact on the younger generation. Is the first step into education therefore it’s the most important one.

Teachers are the foundation of a School. Mr Ali starts this foundation as the start of a child's school life and experience starts with him at Nursery. He is very talented, inspiring and has done an amazing job with both my children and their friends. It is so important to have someone like Mr Ali in the school. He makes parents welcome and the children. My children look up to him and he is spoken highly of in my home. We trust Mr Ali with our children and we have great comfort knowing they are in good hands. He has always supported us parents with our children's development. It is very rare to see stand out talent and passionate people like Mr Ali. I would like the school to do whatever it takes to keep Mr Ali and also Mr Ali to stay :). The comments and signatures speak for itself. Over 400+ children have been taught by him. This is a huge impact and achievement by far.

Mr Ali is a good inspiration for growing goods to nurture children’s growth. It’s absolutely vital for kids to feel welcome and comfortable to who they spent very good portion of their daily time at Nirsery.

Mr ali has helped so many children overall overcome barriers of communication in such a short space of time he is a complete star overall and would be so upsetting to lose such a amazing teacher as he helps alot of children that need the extra help
