"Personal leave"? She loves SCPA too much to leave before graduation and promotion. This is serious even teachers are signing this petition. Just in case it is "personal leave" we should still continue to sign this petition so we can continue to have this amazing principal. She is not being fire, Mrs. Lizarraga took a emergency personal leave those rummors and speculations are not true, I just got a call from the District.

mrs. lizarraga is the best principal ever. theres no other like her. As being the principal of scpa for several years she has been amazing friend and most of all a leader for all of us to follow our dreams and believe in ourselves

mitzi has been one of the most insperational principals i have known. she is the reason that i am pursuit of becoming a firefighter. i dont think that 1 dispute between 2 officials should remove a truely passionate principal that cares plenty for her school.

Mitzi is an assertive leader who has helped bring our school to national recognition. She has continually stuck her neck out there to protect our teachers during times when our jobs seemed precarious. It would be an injustice for us to not stand behind her at this time. For in the words of Martin Luther King, Jr. MLK: "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. We are caught in an inescapable network of mutuality, tied in a single garment of destiny. Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly." SCPA stands behind OUR principal.

Mrs. Lizarraga cares about her students and she always tries her best to help her students as much as she could. She also made the effort to visit our choir concerts. She tried her best to support the arts. All the successes the art departments had achieved were mostly because of Mrs. Lizarraga.
