Miss Lizarraga is such a great principal and SCPA will not be the same without her, so please let her stay.

This is my first year at SCPA and Principal Lizarraga made me feel like SCPA is my school. Before SCPA I've never seen a principal who is so involved in a school. I'm apart of the jazz band and every show we had or event Principal Lizarraga was there to say good job students and she knew us by name. It was only my first year and she knew my name , also she had gotten to know me a bit. I remember her coming up to me one day and asking me what I want to be , how do I think I can peruse my dream, and if I'm enjoying my first year at SCPA. I'm not trying to sit here and say Principal Lizarraga is the best principal in the world , but she's a great one and she knows what she's doing. She's brought students together. She's thought us to love one another , to not judge someone , and to be nice to everyone on matter what happens. Principal Lizarraga would go to just about every show for every departed if not every show. She's become more than a principal of the school , but family and you can't get rid of family.

There would be no better principal for SCPA than Mrs. Lizarraga. She has improved SCPA in more ways than and actually cares about the students.

This should be positive comments about Mrs. Lizarraga only. Not for comments about anyone else, Eddie!

She knew me by name and inspired me to go to college in the arts. I start college in the Fall and I am on a merit scholarship. THANK YOU Principal Lizarraga! I want you to stay so other students can have the same experience and opportunity as I did.

My old middle and high school principal. It would be a shame to see her go.

Principle Lizarraga has been an inspiration and amazing leader during one of the most fiscally difficult times in the SDUSD. Are you kidding me? How much more could she have done? Again, educators giving their life blood and receiving no recognition. We need to keep Principle Lizarraga!!!

I have been at SCPA for 6 years now, with Mitzi gone the school wouldn't feel secure, as a senior I wouldn't be glad seeing someone else in that spot, giving us our goodbyes and leading us as professionals in the post-secondary world. I seriously doubt that many students would be glad to see her leave, and I surely wouldn't. I want her as our principal.

Mrs. Lizarraga has helped our school be the amazing place it is by working hard to listen to the needs of both students and teachers to add things that our campus needs. She installed 50,000 dollar dance floors in three of our five dance studios, our grand theater is being renovated so that our technical theater majors can learn how to use all the equipment that they will need to for a successful future in that field. If Mrs. Lizarraga was lost from our school students and staff would suffer. She is the best at what she does, no one can replace her.

Was an amazing principal while I was a student at SDSCPA. Made sure I had the finances to tour with the SDSCPA Choral Ensemble to NYC in 2009
