Porn is not for children,. Porn is explicit adult content meant for adults. Protect the young.

This needs to happen because it is truly unsafe for kids to be in thosecommunities. I go around on TUmblr, not to be a creep at all, and anyone who's blog says they are underage I message them and attempt to explain how dangerous it can be. I can only hope that this will help those kids.

I do not want chikdren to have access to kink and sex material online that is intended for adults, and it would keep them safe from being groomed into it by an adult predetor.

Tumblr is literally a Haven for pedophiles (which is actually against the law) so tumblr SHOULD do something about these nasty ass predators. They will be liable if anything happens to any minor.

This. There are still some loopholes kids can go through if they are intentionally looking for content. Kids could also lie about their age in general and accidentally run in to thinks 18+. Which is why it's emphasized not to lie about your age in that aspect.

Honestly kids should just be off of Tumblr entirely. I don't think the age feature would work very well since kids lie all the time, however I do believe if a child DOES lie about their age on Tumblr, then they should be punished by law.

No matter your kink or fetish, a child doesn't need to be put at risk of exposure to it. We need stricter rules and ways to prevent it.
