It is time a midwifery organisation stands up for women somewhere in the world. Midwifery has biological sex at the core of its existence. While culture and personal culture varies and we adapt to it. Women the world over experience the same physiological, biological processes in pregnancy and childbirth. Those organisations that fail to turn their ship before the gender ideology house of cards begin to fall, risk being swept away with it. Ignore biological sex at your peril.

Disgraceful that a supposed "Midwives Alliance" would seek to silence the voice of a woman who has done so much for women and their experience of birth via her book and The Positive Birth Movement. Milli's work shows that birth can be an amazing, empowering and life-enhancing experience. "The Positive Birth Book is loved by women (and their partners too!) for its readable, warm and funny approach to birth preparation. Packed with information about RIGHTS and CHOICES, it has rapidly become the book most recommended by midwives, doulas and antenatal teachers. It lays out clear ways to break down fear, navigate the current birth system and get a birth that you feel positive about." Birthing is a woman's business and centring women in birthing and birthing language is NOT transphobic. Pregnancy, birthing and breastfeeding are experienced by females no matter how they identify. Milli Hill's voice is an IMPORTANT voice in the world of midwifery. Enough of the LGBTQUIA+ lobby's madness at claiming "inclusivity" by erasing the word woman and the language we use to describe our bodies. Women make up 52% of the worlds population. We are a sex class not a gender identity. By endeavouring to make birthing and pregnancy "gender neutral" is robbing women of their agency in a singularly female bodily experience. Biology is not bigotry. Not all women, but ONLY women can give birth. Birthing and pregnancy are not a "gender neutral" endeavour. Sex matters in the business of pregnancy and birth. No man has ever given birth!

A woman (an adult human female) can have babies and breastfeed. A humans reproductive system is what separates females from males. How can facts, the human anatomy be wrong?
