The campaign to deplatform this woman is based on outright lies. She has not engaged in hateful speech and has not expressed transphobia. She is raising the concern about women - of which she is one - being eased from language around childbirth. This is not hateful in any rational sense of the word.

Milli is a brave voice of truth, decency and sanity.

Stop the bullies dictating who should and shouldn't be heard.

It is hard to see this as anything but a hate campaign against women now. Imagine targeting a woman like this for the 'crime' of centering women in that most female of life experiences and thinking you are being 'progressive'. Disgraceful authoritarianism by fundamentalist nutters. Organizations need to stop capitulating to them. Solidarity with Milli.

Milli Hill is a compassionate and dedicated champion of women. Please resist these attempts to intimidate her. Cancel culture has no place in healthcare or midwifery.

Ms Hill is a very experienced midwife because she knows only women can give birth not men and especially not men who declaim they have miraculously changed their sex to female! All the lies emanating from women hating men concerning their male myth of trans is a concerted attempt to silence all women!

140 MILLION births worldwide each year: the overwhelming majority to women. Midwives and maternity services are able to individualise care to people who identify differently without erasing the bulk of our clientele. Milli is an advocate for all. Do not silence her

Why would any organisation representing birth try to EXCLUDE women and women's words for themselves? Don't EXCLUDE Milli Hill from this event. She has given her life and career to working with women giving birth.

It's not transphobic to acknowledge biological facts

Woman, adult human females, have sex based birthing qualities irrespective of gender identity. Woman as the majority are in the business of birthing and should be centred in birthing language.

The slander and defamation of good women must end. Birth and breastfeeding are female experiences and our language should be allowed to reflect that.
