Milli Hill has written her books to empower women during their most transformational, vulnerable and raw stage of life. She is brilliant and writes in a way that can reach many. This time in a woman's life, from maiden to mother, is where understanding and knowledge is essential for all women. This message and the big picture is lost when we focus so much on language and less on the actual aim of her wisdom and the bigger goal; Empowering women so they can achieve a positive birthing experience, changing the birth narrative for the better.

Dusturbing that Milli is being subjected to an organised witchhunt. Please treat this unpleasant campaign with the disdain it deserves

As a woman I had difficultly birthing my daughter. I wish every woman all the help they can get with their birthing experience. This woman is a world-leader in birthing education. It is patently unfair to women to be denied her help with an incredibly difficult experience that only women can undergo. To allow others to take this help away is to say that their feelings are more relevant than women's realities.

I will provide midwifery care for any person giving birth and treat them with respect and kindness. However, I will defend my opinion that there is a God given design in giving birth that centers around biological females.

Women must be allowed to form their own opinions, center each other, have sovereign space and refuse male bodies

It is imperative that women’s health care and midwifery centre on women. Removing such a distinguished speaker from a conference programme would be a disgrace to academia and to the discipline. Please do not cave in to bullies.

Milli Hill has changed so many women’s experience of birth she is a voice to be heard, not silenced by misunderstanding or unkind folk.

Milli Hill has earned her rightful place in the birthing world and therefore deserves to be keynote speaker. Those who are trying to cancel her for expressing what most women believe and is scientifically factual, is authoritative dystopia. Signing this partition to show my support for Milli and support of her views.
