North Monterey County School District is trying to cut every mental health counselor at all the school sites, completely eliminating the position in favor of a Special Ed program that only seven (7) children will use. This petition is for the purpose of demanding the district keeps these incredibly important counselors and comes to a compromise that would benefit all.
